Community Response Training (CRT) refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are considered:
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at refund@crtva.us and send your item to: {ATTN: CRT Returns - 4931 Keagy Rd Roanoke VA 24018}.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: { ATTN: CRT Returns - 4931 Keagy Rd Roanoke VA 24018}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Class Refunds
All classes require payment in full to reserve your spot.
Class sizes are limited to create a lower student/teacher ratio, please reserve your spot as early as possible. Refunds will be granted to those who cancel 7 days prior to the class.
Students may transfer to a different class at no additional cost if they notify us at least 24 hours in advance of their originally scheduled class.
Registration will NOT be accepted in person.
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO LOW ENROLLMENT: The course may be canceled due to low enrollment. Students will be provided no less than 1 days’ notice and will be offered additional class options.
Blended Learning Classes REQUIRE the online training to be COMPLETE BEFORE the in-person class. Students must complete the online coursework prior to attending the class. Access to the online coursework will be provided via email upon completion of registration.
LATE POLICY: 5 minutes for blended classes; 15 minutes for full-day classes. You will not be allowed to attend if you are late and will be required to register with full payment for another class.
Virtual Class Kits: are non-refundable.
Instructor Training Courses:
Refund & Transfer Policy:
Refunds will be granted to those who cancel FOURTEEN (14) days prior to the class.
If you request a transfer within 7 - 13 days prior to class, you will be charged $60 to transfer to another class.
If you request a transfer within 4 - 6 days of class, you will be charged 50% of the registration fee to transfer to another class.
All prerequisites must be received and/or completed no less than 3 days prior to the class, and there will be no transfers or refunds granted 3 days or less prior to the class start date.
Only 1 paid transfer per student, and once a transfer has been completed, no refunds will be granted.
For the Instructor Training class, please make sure you log in to the online training using the detailed instructions in the email from Community Response Training.
In the case of Instructor Training courses, 5 students are required to hold a class.

ONLINE ONLY courses are non-refundable.
**WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY** Please be advised that Community Response Training follows local school closings and county government offices/libraries as a guideline for cancellations. The school district/county in which the class locations fall will be the standard. If a class is held and students do not attend, registration is lost, and a new class registration will be required. All cancellation/transfer fees remain in effect.**
